How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information for the period of which it is required to carry out your work, plus one year after work has ceased unless you contact us and specifically ask for it to be removed. Personal information is stored on a password protected computer and access is only by Caroline Thompson of White Heart Comms.

Information such as name, email address and phone number that was provided when contacting us by email or through the contact form on the website will be kept in a password protected email account.

When information help on a computer or in an email account is no longer required we will then dispose of it through deletion.
