What is a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual Assistants come in a number of different forms. Some specialise in a particular area of business such as law or property, and others might have a specialist skillset like admin or marketing.

The reasons for hiring a Virtual Assistant can vary depending on you or your organisation's circumstances, but the main reason tends to be needing an 'extra pair of hands' but not necessarily wanting or being able to justify an extra permanent employee.

It could also be that your business is growing and you are struggling for time so need to outsource some areas such as website updates, social media or admin. Or, you might want to focus more on the core area of your business and have someone else do your marketing, for example. For more information, read my blog about what a Virtual Assistant is and the reasons you might hire one.

Whatever your reason, hopefully I can help. Take a look below at the services I offer and my charges.

Prices and Packages

I believe my rates are competitive with other industry professionals and therefore I am not embarrassed to show them without having that awkwardness of making you contact me first! I can give you a better idea of costs after our initial chat though as it will depend on the type of help you require and the hours involved. but as a guide, my generic hourly rate is £30 per hour. I have some monthly plans shown below which save you money if you would like a set number of hours guaranteed each month. If you would like costs for a particular project or are unsure what you need then please get in contact to discuss your requirements. A reduced rate may be given to charities but please email me to discuss.

Work is invoiced at the beginning of a month for the previous month's work. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice by bank transfer. Please talk to me if you would like to organise an alternative payment method.

Reasonable notice needs to be given for any extra hours and although I will do my best to fit in extra or urgent work, I cannot guarantee any ad-hoc hours can always be catered for. Booking a plan means that number of hours will always be guaranteed for you every month.
